The Lesser Devil

A cocktail representing Hadrian's younger, angry brother, Crispin Marlowe of Delos. Due to inherit Devil's Rest, leading to his brother's tragic disappearance, Crispin Marlowe is left to fend for himself... And as such, I figured I should make a cocktail for the poor man!

This is really a spin on a more traditional sour; however, as far as instructions go for how I served it, I recommend first shaking and straining the cocktail itself without the egg, and then shaking the red-dyed egg separate to pour on top. Be cautious when shaking just egg white, as your tin will likely not fully seal.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Gin
• .25 oz Green Chartreuse
• .75 oz Lavender and Szechuan Peppercorn Infused Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• Dyed Egg White
• Rinse/Spritz of Absinthe
• Cracked Pepper Garnish
