Hey listeners! Before diving into the next novel, we're bringing you another short treat.

Today's episode is brought to you by the master of horror himself! While this story isn't horrific, it's certainly a great view into a characters life, and the way King writes. We have a link in the show notes, if you haven't yet read it.

Hey listeners! Today's episode is a bit different- it'll be an overview episode of the entire first book of Red Rising. And boy, do we have a treat for you today.

Today, we add our first guest to the show, Kross' brother Bing! We talk a lot, and Krossland... Krossland gets juuuuuust drunk enough. It was so, so fun.

We've got a lot going on next week- there will be three episodes! One will be a wrap-up with our special guest announced here today, which will cover the entire book in a wide-ranging and very intoxicating conversation.

On Thursday, will be doing one of our "Single Pour" short episodes covering Stephen King's short story "Laurie". It's available for free, and we've posted a link on twitter and in our show notes below post the link on the website, as well as twitter. Finally, the same day as "Laurie", we'll release our intro episode to Golden Son.

That looks like a lot when it's written out, but it's only about an extra half hour or so over our usual content releases. Lots to tackle, much to discuss!

Beyond that, please be sure to follow us or subscribe on your podcatcher of choice, and leave a review on iTunes, Stitcher, or wherever. It goes a long way to helping the podcast grow. Hey listeners! Todays episode explores the last section of the first book in the Red Rising series, the second half of Reaper! We dive into that wild twist of tackling Olympus, taking the fight straight to the proctors. We also talk about a lot of implications- Adrius/Antonia's relationship, Fitchner's reveals, and much much more.

Hey listeners! Today's episode explores the end of part 3, "GOLD"! This is an exciting episode packed with a lot of conversation and conspiracy theories... Mostly relating to Roque and Lea. Did she mean to sneak off? Was she intentionally luring Darrow? Who knows, but we beat that horse till it's dead, and crawl out of it to discuss the rest of this crazy, crazy section.

Next week, we read through Chapter 38, in part 4 "REAPER". I said Reborn like three times... but you know what I meant.
